- Scheduling of meetings and tastings with Vendors

 

The team consists of a Lead Coordinator: (and)

1 assistant for guest count up to 150  

2 assistants for a guest count  of 151-200 add $150.00

3 assistants for a guest count of 200 plus add $300.00

Assistants may vary depending on the location of ceremony/reception.

 

A customized package quote is created after initial consultation and wedding vision is presented. The Ultimate Coordinating package is for those just starting out and has yet to book their ceremony and reception space or have any vendors.
