If you're longing for a waterfront outdoor ceremony with a grand ballroom reception- downtown St. Augustine wedding venue  The River House  is your perfect match!  Upscale, yet casual, the River House is a coastal wedding option without the sand! 

Upon arrival, you're greeted by a lovely concrete fountain. The soft sound of flowing water are a teaser for what's to come. The massive front double doors are a gorgeous mahogany and really create quite the grand entrance! Inside, the color palette consists of soft muted gold and sage green with hardwood floors and/or carpet in the rooms. When you enter, there is a short hallway (where you will find the restrooms, bridal prep area + library), before The Grand Ballroom. 

The Grand Ballroom can accommodate 240 guests seated with their 32ft (!! yes, you read that right) round hardwood dance floor.

The Grand Ballroom and the Library feature huge French doors that open out onto the covered terrace and stone-paved patio. The terrace is perfect for wedding ceremonies and/or cocktail hour

River House only books one event per day and there is ample free parking- valet service can be arranged upon request too. The venue also provides round tables and gold chivari chairs.  As for vendor selection,  they have a list of 18 approved caterers to choose from. You can use just about anyone else you want in each of the other categories!
